How to create a channel

To create a channel you need.

Group	Description
apprendice	The group or permission you require to obtain the format.
bases:	Is the text components to create a new hover.
conditions:	The conditions to join the channel.

Conditions	Description
Group	If player has permission (in the next path) to join the channel.
Permission	If player has the group (in the next path) to join the channel.

Note: hover & action.type & action.format are optional.

Types	Description
format	The message format.
hover	The hover of the message.
action.type	The action type when a player click the message.
action.format	The format of the type.
